Indefinite story 398 (Taiwan 2014 ; Nantou)
Checked into Star Villa 天星 @ Cing Jing
Temperature here could be cold due to its location as it is up in the mountains.
Had some issue with our planning thus after much discussion we decided to shorten our stay in CingJing.
Some joke between Agoda , the boss of the Villa and us . We called Agoda using the villa phone then as they wanted to speak to the villa boss , they called him but he couldnt speak english thus , lia explanined that she was infront of the boss and was being the translator for the agoda staff and the boss.
This place isnt of fantastic fancy design. It was a place for relaxation and sufficient amenities for an accommodation. The best part was still its service from the staff . It's a family run hotel .
We arrived in the evening that day thus Cingjing is an area where you dont have nightlife.
Thus we decide to head for a hot spring dip at Lushan area , booked transportation down to the area since we arent able to walk down to the place.
Estimated 2 hours for us to have our hot spring experience , shower and dinner.
Everyday in Cingjing , we had ample of rest because we just had nothing much to do.
The next day , we went to Sun Moon Lake.
Honestly speaking SML is really boring , the best was its tea egg .
Very engaging tour staffs in the boat with us, almost every ride , Joyce will be extremely excited to listen to their cold jokes.
Faced alot of insects there were I felt like dying from it .
There's a point where the bees are swarming around its man made nest , me being me , I literally covered my ears to scramble past it , so the staff saw and shouted to me : 难道捂住耳朵就不会叮你吗？
Everyone got their weak points , so dont judge , if you think this is stupid , I have a much more stupid experience in Taipei.
Sight seeing like every single spot we could and ended up at MOS and starbucks while we wait for our driver.
If only we had such time that we can chill together so freely in Singapore , but back here , everyone is busy with their life doing something called : Work. Sigh.
We appreciate such times together to do nothing and just chill in such good weather and talk.
Last day at CingJing
Green Green Grassland with tons of meh meh(sheeps)
It was freezing cold.
I was very disturbed by insects while Julia was disturbed by cats and Joyce was disturbed by earthworms.
Because it just rained and earthworms are like everywhere, coiling around.
Sheep wool was really rough , not the dreamy fluffy type. It felt like sponge instead.
Watched the horse show by a group of invited guests from Mongolia that made all of us decided that we should go attend on how to ride a horse .
Intially wanted to go to Swiss Garden but well , let's not spend the money and look at flowers.
Maybe next time.
